About
Practical technology, built for African markets.
African Technopreneurs helps organisations across South Africa adopt extended reality, smart devices and AI-enabled workflows, with local context, product access and hands-on implementation support.
Our story
From a bold idea to a working ecosystem.
African Technopreneurs (Pty) Ltd was established in 2017 as part of the EARN Group. It is a 100% Level 1 B-BBEE, black-owned South African company, built to connect people and organisations, whether individuals or established institutions, to the extended reality and spatial computing solutions they need.
The company was founded and is led by Daliso Ngoma, who set out to make immersive technology practical and accessible in the South African market.
We believe extended reality has its greatest impact in education, skills training and communication. Our goal is to help build communities where less permission is needed to learn, to collaborate and to build. To make that real, we distribute XR devices through our storefront 180by2, a reseller network and e-commerce channels, and we back every deployment with setup, training and support.
We are based in Centurion and work with clients across Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria and the wider country.
What We Do
Extended reality (VR, AR and MR) and spatial computing, 360 content, smart glasses, rentals, demos, training and AI workflow support, under one accountable partner.
